It usually consists of a company name, address, logo, contact or corporate design and sometimes a background. Letter head may refer to a piece of letter paper imprinted with such a heading

Printing Letter Head (Offset)  takes 3-5 days to complete. However we recommends you to make your orders extra days in advance. This is to provide enough time for artwork correction (if any) and reprints due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery address must be provided upon submission of order. We are not responsible for any costs incurred resulting late delivery for any incorrect delivery address given or late submissions of delivery address. Here,s a breakdown of your shipping option from the day you place your order;-

A. Self  Collect

  1. Collect by your own:- Please collect your order within 30days from to date notified of Ready To Collect. Otherwise The items will be considered expired after and we will not compensate in terms of refund or reprint for the particular order. Customer have to bear to loss on their own.
  2. 3rd party express delivery services:- Such as Lalamove or Grab. (This service is only available in Klang Valley area only. Arrangements and charges will be borne by customer)
  3. Delivery Charges (Office Equipment & Office Automation) :- We provide FREE DELIVERY services to area Under Coverage in Selangor & Kuala Lumpur with a minimum purchase. Please refer Here for the location legend as list follows.

 

B. By Shipping

  1. Courier Company:- Once your order ship, we will send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go your order history to look up tracking info.

      

  • Delivey day or self collect referring to working days not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, please check our Business Hours and Location before heading to our premise.
  • If the carier was unable to deliver your order of prodcuts is damaged and/or contains manifacturing defects when you receive your order. Please Contact Us and we will reship or replacement your order free of charge.

  4. Upload your PDF print ready file as part of our easy ordering process.
  5. Once your product has been configured and uploaded, simply place your order at the checkout
  6. Once your order is placed you will receive notifications right up to the point your order is deliver.
Based on the selection of product size and additional option attributes, you can view and download the help template for the product.
